Early in my career, I primarily focused on formative evaluations, often involving usability testing, to identify issues in product design. While this approach was effective for certain aspects of product evaluation, it fell short when addressing broader questions from stakeholders. Comparative analysis: How does our product compare to competitors or similar products in the same industry? Long-term product evolution: How has our product&s;s user experience changed over time?
