This paper presents a creative Internet of Things (IoT) - based framework intended to upgrade energy proficiency in shrewd structures by tending to superfluous energy wastage through inhabitance based robotization. The framework coordinates progressed sensor innovation with IoT systems to mechanize apparatus control considering continuous inhabitance discovery. In this cutthroat world and occupied plan people can't extra chance to physically play out their day-to-day exercises. The most widely recognized thing that he neglects to do is turning OFF the lights any place they are not needed. Power has consistently stayed a great need of life as envisioning our existence without electricity is unthinkable. Yet, the main issue, all things considered, is the expense at which it is created - that is crossing all cutoff points by each spending day and in this way placing unjustifiable weight on the shoppers as higher power bills. In this IoT based Monitoring and Automatic control system is designed using Arduino based controller and Multiple IR based sensor units. IR sensor is used to monitor the person in the Room and control the Lights according. Blynk based cloud server is used to update the counter values of number of people present in the room. Relay will switch on if any person will present in the Room. Our research presents an advanced occupancy detection system using IR and DHT sensors, achieving 96% accuracy, 60ms response time, and 300-unit energy efficiency. It ensures real-time processing, low power use, and seamless operation. This IoT-based approach enhances scalability, automation, and energy conservation for smart buildings.
