TRANSPARENCY IN INFLUENCE ACTIVITIES – REGISTERS OF TRANSPARENCY OF INTERESTS

At the international level, transparency in influence activities is a subject of increasing interest, being addressed by numerous entities, including the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Council of Europethrough the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), the European Union (European Commission and European Parliament), the Open Government Partnership (Open Government Partnership -OGP), as well as civil society organizations.They contribute through recommendations, standards, good practices and tools dedicated to promoting transparency, integrity and accountability in the decision-making process.
