Design and Practice of Personalized Guidance System Based on Artificial Intelligence in Sports Training

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming sports training, providing athletes with tailored, data-driven programs that enhance performance, motivation, and injury prevention. This study explores AI-driven, personalized training systems using a qualitative meta-analysis of ten studies. Five main themes emerged which include the effectiveness of AI in athletic performance, the precision of wearable data, the impact of real-time feedback, the motivational benefits of AI training, and the challenges of AI integration. Findings indicate that AI significantly enhances athletic outcomes by enabling customized, responsive training strategies. However, challenges such as data privacy and accessibility persist. This study concludes that AI has the potential to revolutionize sports training, offering innovative pathways for individualized, effective, and ethical training solutions.
