Modern healthcare is changing as a result of cutting-edge technology like blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI). Healthcare professionals can identify health problems more quickly and accurately thanks to AI-driven diagnostic technologies, which promotes early intervention and better patient outcomes. AI is also capable of analysing enormous volumes of data from patients to find hidden patterns that will help with more individualised care and more accurate treatment recommendations. Block chain technology, meanwhile, improves healthcare data security and transparency. Patients may ensure the confidentiality of their data while gaining more control over their health data by insisting block chain technology. Additionally, healthcare providers can safely exchange patient data between institutions, which promotes better health outcomes and care coordination. Cloud computing is an exciting new technology that is expected to revolution the healthcare sector. Among the many advantages of cloud computing are resource sharing, adaptability, energy and cost savings, and rapid adoption. Patients and medical professionals have various security and privacy issues due to the cloud's accumulation of data. The devolution of control of data to cloud service suppliers and data centralization, which provides hackers with a one-stop honey pot to steal data and intercepted data in motion, have resulted in the removal of sensitive data from the hands of individuals and healthcare providers. This study examines a number of cloud safety and privacy problems in addition to the uses of computing through the cloud in healthcare. Consequently, the widespread use of cloud computing is being delayed by doubts about its effectiveness, security, privacy, and scalability.
