In identity management systems, storing refugee data has always come with hurdles in regards to verifying, keeping data secure and transparency in aid distribution. We can observe many disadvantages in centralized systems in regards to it being inefficient and not being transparent with resources. To address these challenges, we propose ChainID Refuge which is a combination of private and public blockchains along with an oracle service. ChainID Refuge stores all sensitive information which is secure and has transparent and trackable transactions. The dual blockchain architecture ensures secure and trackable transactions which fosters trusts among all stakeholders. ChainID Refuge is expandable and structured approach to refugee identity management as it uses synchronization and data anonymization techniques which help aid reach its intended participants.
