In the era of the new digital world, developing secure, scalable, efficient, and low-cost storage solutions has been necessary for the exponential growth of data generation. Before there were traditional cloud storage systems that had significant advantages in terms of storage capacity and accessibility but had some concerns related to privacy, data security, and unauthorized access. The integration of blockchain technology with its features like immutability, decentralization, and transparency gives a solution to address these challenges. This research paper explores various blockchain-enabled security systems for data-sharing and access-control in different fields and domains like healthcare, IoT, cloud, etc, and evaluates them based on advantages, limitations, and methods used for implementing that model. The review provides an understanding of the most recent integration of Blockchain and Cloud in different fields and technologies. This model also proposes a model for implementing a cloud storage system with blockchain technology for secure file sharing and access control which is a decentralized, secured, and transparent file sharing platform. Methods used for implementing this model include cloud storage for encrypted files, a blockchain network for logging file operation and access control, smart contracts for automation of permissions in file sharing, and a user dashboard for file management. In the proposed work different parameters have been chosen such as security, privacy, access control, decentralization, etc.
