Abstraet The research investigates the use of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence within vocational education, using the Meta Quest 2 headset as the reference point. These technologies ensure that a learning environment becomes engaging and participatory; learners would, therefore, engage in virtual simulation, roleplaying activities, and collaborative initiatives with much more functional and exciting skill development in mind. The proposed system is concerned with using artificial intelligence and multi-agent technologies to offer personalized educational experiences within the walls of ADVETI to help the organization enhance the ability to meet each student's needs for better vocational training. A survey has shown the possibilities of using Metaverse technologies in eLearning and has thrown light on better engagements with challenges like high expenses and social isolation for skill acquisition. Including VR integrated with AI, only available in the Meta Quest 2, creates an entirely new and significant dimension to vocational training that is not as easily emulated in the traditional classroom. This paper describes a model for a dynamic virtual e-learning environment that is more than a simple design, incorporating all the foundational elements required for an operational and viable learning system. Despite possible challenges, Metaverse technology integration is very promising. It might completely revolutionize vocational education, improving engagement and skills development in diploma students at ADVETI within a simulated yet realistic educational context.
