A Method of Synthesis of Time Series Data of Blood Test Values

We proposed a method to generate synthetic time series of venous blood test values, using a three-parameter log-normal distribution and Graphical Lasso for distribution refinement. Sampling is performed via the inverse function method and Cholesky decomposition to ensure realistic high-dimensional correlations.
