Research on Communication Anomaly Detection Technology of Internet of Things Devices Based on Data Mining

Frequent data communication between IOT devices and cloud servers, once abnormal device communication behavior occurs, it will pose a great threat to the security of the system. Based on this, a communication anomaly detection system for Internet of Things devices based on data mining is proposed. First, the typical application scenarios of IOT systems are introduced, and then the data preprocessing module, the data mining clustering detection module, the data dimension reduction module, and the data feature extraction and classification module are described in turn. Finally, it is combined with the NSL-KDD data set and the N-BaIoT data set for verification, and compared with other algorithms. The results show that the performance of the proposed system is due to other algorithms, and the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed system are verified.
