$H_{\infty}$ Control for IT-2 Fuzzy Network Systems Under SCP and Deception Attacks

This paper is studied the$H_{\infty}$control problem of interval type-2 (IT-2) fuzzy network systems under deception attacks. We first consider that the network systems have resources constraints, the stochastic communication protocol (SCP) has been used to schedule the transmission order of signals. Secondly, we design the fuzzy observer controller. And the IT-2 error network systems are obtained. Thirdly, by using some new matrices inequalities, two sufficient conditions are proposed to determine the IT-2 error systems stable with$H_{\infty}$performance. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
