Researches on estimating the direction of low-altitude moving sources using a 3-axis geophone have broad application prospects, such as security, development of low-altitude economy, and maintenance of airport order. Considering the complex composition of acoustic-seismic coupling waves excited by moving source, it is considered to use a 3-axis geophone that can analyze the vibration characteristics of the waves. To solve the problem of difficulty in obtaining the true flight direction of moving sources, we propose a method based on a single 3-axis geophone to estimate the DOA curve of low-altitude moving source using 1D-CNN. The idea of this method is to use 1D-CNN to learn the relationship between DOA error and characteristic parameters of static acoustic sources, and then use the trained 1D-CNN model to estimate the DOA of moving sources. The experimental data can demonstrate the significant effectiveness of this research method. This article provides a new idea for the field of low-altitude moving source detection.
