Architecting Scalable ChatGPT Solutions for Enterprise

Monojit Banerjee · Advances in computational intelligence and robotics book series · 2025

Large language model systems such as ChatGPT are causing significant disruption across various industries. This study investigates how scalable enterprise solutions can be architected with ChatGPT as a central element of the system. The author has analyzed the core components of foundational architecture, current state of usage of ChatGPT in enterprise and provided details about how to design scalable systems. Findings from this study indicate that the complexity of the overall systems and lack of clear data policy may cause challenges to an organization's capability for implementing a successful ChatGPT powered solution. The author has provided guidelines about data strategy and enhanced devops patterns to overcome that. Moreover, this paper has examined model optimization techniques to reduce cost and latency. Real-world case studies are provided as a reference. This research represents a comprehensive study that can help enterprises adopt ChatGPT in their business requirements in a reliable, efficient, and scalable manner.
