Artificial intelligence has transformed industries through advanced problem-solving capabilities, enhanced decision-making, and improved operational efficiencies. This chapter discusses the history of AI and cognitive and psychological influences on AI-human interactions, such as confirmation bias and the Dunning-Kruger Effect. This chapter also discusses the relevance of ISO standards (ISO 42001 and ISO 27001) in guiding AI management and security practices. Finally, future applications and ethical considerations are discussed.
