Intelligence Measurement and Empirical Analysis of Digital Economy and Energy Efficiency in Ningxia under the Background of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence

Under the dual driving forces of artificial intelligence algorithms and big data technology empowerment, the digital economy has emerged as a pivotal force in restructuring the global energy system. This study selects Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the research subject, establishing separate indicator systems for regional digital economy development and energy efficiency. The entropy method is employed to comprehensively evaluate development levels. Subsequently, panel data constructed from these measurements are utilized to empirically analyze the impact of digital economy development on energy efficiency using the Stata 16.0 software platform. The findings conclusively demonstrate that the digital economy significantly enhances energy efficiency in Ningxia. Based on these results, targeted policy recommendations are proposed.
