A Smart Medical Monitoring Data Management and Device Authentication Method Based On Edge Blockchain

In order to solve the problem of the lack of effective authentication and data security management of medical terminal equipment in existing smart medical monitoring, this paper proposes a smart medical monitoring data management and device authentication method based on edge blockchain. A multi-layer blockchain architecture integrating edge computing is designed to achieve more efficient, secure and flexible management of medical monitoring data. In this paper, a bidirectional authentication protocol between terminal medical devices and edge devices is proposed. The protocol combines PUF algorithm to realize user level authentication and hardware level authentication, ensuring the security of communication. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is demonstrated by security proof and analysis of scheme characteristics.
