With the wide area coverage advantage of low frequency bands, operators will shift their focus to low-frequency 5G construction. Dynamic spectrum sharing(DSS) improves the utilization of spectrum resources, creatively solves the 5G coverage problem in low frequency, and avoids the high cost of spectrum re-farming or purchasing new spectrum licenses via DSS. However, multiple manufacture and multiple type macro base station(MBS) exist in the current communication market and some MBSs adopt DSS while others set up the frequency statically. Thus, inter-symbol interference(ISI) cannot avoid between 4G Cell Reference Signal(CRS) and 5G Single Side Band(SSB) in the co-frequency in hybrid networking of DSS MBSs and static MBSs. To solve this problem, this paper introduces rate split multiple access(RSMA) and proposes OFDMA-RSMA-based multiple MBSs cooperative grouping scheme. We segment 4G and 5G signals into common or private messages according to the signal of static MBSs band and encode to separate 4G and 5G signals. Then we decode all information from all selected MBSs via RSMA and combine all common messages to enhance the valid signal and reduce interference. The MBSs selection scheme based on SINR descending order is used and the selected MBSs groups to service for the user equipment (UE) to improve the UE data rate. Finally we analyse the scheme and simulate the scheme.
