Transfering of Land ownership isa crucial but laborious process hounded by paperwork, middlemen & obstacles towards verifying issues that reduce reliability and increase the possibility of forgeries. Blockchain’s decentralized and unchangeable record speeds up processes, lowers corruption, and creates confidence by eliminating intermediaries. Blockchain technology uses hashing algorithms, consensus procedures & cryptography to produce a transparent and unchangeable transaction of records. This Research’s objective is developing a user-friendly blockchain-based land registration system that speeds up processes without sacrificing credibility or security. This system employs several machine learning techniques for validating of the data that can be uploaded to the blockchain for the digitalizing and long-term preserving of the land records. In nations like India, where land transactions are frequent, the overusing of paper could be curbed, benefiting the environment and enabling more people for accessing technology. In addition to modernizing land registration, this system is promoting environmental preservation and technological inclusivity by easing the shift from a paper record to a digital one. This research is expanding the study on incorporating Geospatial techniques to enhance the evaluation of environmental and spatial patterns within diverse specific regions. It sets a foundation for future interdisciplinary study for sustainable development and strategies.
