In this paper, we address critical domain management, IP hosting, and security challenges faced by institutions and domain holders. Our goal is to develop and implement strategies that enhance online stability and security. We propose an approach that integrates domain registration details, IP geolocation, and security scanning tools such as VirusTotal to suggest possible methods for improving the online presence of educational institutions. Current domain intelligence tools present fragmented information, which leaves users with the need to cross-reference different sources for comprehensive domain data, IP monitoring, security assessment, and threat detection. This work introduces Domain Analyzer, the initial one-stop integrated platform that provides real-time domain information akin to how Truecaller identifies phone numbers. Our answer integrates WHOIS data, location by IP address, DNS resolve status, and cyber threat profiling into a common search interface with great improvement over effectiveness and precision in threat profile accuracy. Tests show that analysis time is improved by 65% over current multi-tool technologies with a simultaneously attained 97% correct identification rate for suspect domains. This study stresses the significance of the tool as it relates to cybersecurity, domain reputation monitoring, and enterprise risk assessment.
