This paper presents an automated seating arrangement system designed to address the challenges universities face in managing complex scheduling tasks. The proposed system utilizes advanced algorithms combined with a robust database approach to optimize time slot allocation, considering the diverse needs of students, faculty, and resources. The experimental research was conducted at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, where the system was tested using real-world scheduling data from the university’s academic environment. Results showed a 30% reduction in scheduling conflicts and a 50% decrease in administrative workload, significantly enhancing resource utilization and scheduling efficiency. The integration with existing university management systems ensures data consistency and provides a scalable solution capable of adapting to future institutional growth. The system's database-driven architecture also enabled real-time scheduling adjustments, contributing to a 25% improvement in response times during peak scheduling periods. These results validate the system’s effectiveness in streamlining academic administration and highlight its potential as a long-term scheduling solution for universities.
