A safe data transfer method founded on the ideas of quantum mechanics is provided by the QKD quanti-key distribution, or QKD. We presented a paper designed to explain the BB84 protocol for secure key exchange and file encryption in email correspondence. The preferred method ensures data confidentiality and integrity by generating quantum-secured keys to encrypt files before transmission. Stable key generation, low-latency transmission and resistance to potential eavesdropping were demonstrated in performance tests conducted under various network conditions. With error rates below acceptable boundaries empirical studies confirm the system's reliability and support its use in practical situations. In keeping with the increasing need for quantum-secure cybersecurity solutions, results highlight the viability of implementing QKD in contemporary communication systems.
