This paper investigates the integration of blockchain technology with data integrity verification and advanced visualization techniques to enhance dataset management. The proposed framework utilizes a blockchain structure to record and verify dataset entries through cryptographic hashing and a Proof-of-Work (PoW) mechanism. The framework includes additional parameters such as transaction count, data summary, and block size to enrich the blockchain records. The study demonstrates the use of cryptographic hashing for verifying the integrity of individual data rows and PoW for securing the blockchain. A sample dataset from a publicly available source is used to showcase the framework's functionality. The effectiveness of the framework is validated through comprehensive visualization techniques, including correlation matrices, box plots, pair plots, and time-series analyses of block sizes. These methods provide insights into data relationships and trends while ensuring data security and integrity. The results highlight the potential of combining blockchain with traditional data management approaches to offer a robust solution for secure and insightful data analysis.
