The growing need for compact and cost-effective automation solutions has led to the development of a wireless controlled mini scissor lift. This system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller for Bluetooth-based control via a mobile application, offering real-time, remote operation. A GB37R-395 DC motor with a gearbox to ensures efficient vertical movement, while a high capacity lithium-ion battery provides extended operation for lifting tasks up to 5 kg. Precise control through PWM enhances performance, making the design cost-effective, energy-efficient, and portable. The proposed solution is highly adaptable for applications in warehousing, maintenance, and robotics, bridging the gap between affordability and functionality in small-scale automation.
