E-commerce platforms that are dynamic and facilitate direct communication between customers and sellers are known as B2C (business-to-consumer) platforms. Because it establishes the terms of commerce, including pricing, delivery schedule, and product specs, the negotiating process on these platforms is essential. Multi-agent systems entail intricate interactions between numerous autonomous agents, each of which represents a distinct interest, in contrast to conventional e-commerce transactions. For example, seller agents work to increase earnings, while buyer agents try to get the greatest bargains for customers. Multi-agent negotiation systems improve e-commerce operations' scalability and efficiency. These systems are capable of managing numerous negotiations at once, guaranteeing that the limits and preferences of each party are sufficiently taken into account.
