Adding blockchain technology to HRM operations will likely trigger a paradigm shift since it offers transparency. This article covers a complex formula-based HRM method. The new technology, "Blockchain-Driven HRM," addresses longstanding issues with existing HRM systems. The recommended method protects data via a hash algorithm. For independent proof, utilize the consensus algorithm. A smart contract algorithm ensures contracts are executed clearly and automatically. Cryptography hashes HR data, generating a secure chain that can be validated. Standard procedures like SEPE and BPAS have problems because of this. Fraud can occur in centralized systems like the Conventional Recruitment Process (CRP) and Legacy Payroll Management System (LPMS) since the Consensus Algorithm employs independent confirmation. The Smart Contract Algorithm eliminates biases in standard HR systems like BPAS, making HR duties fairer. We demonstrate that the new strategy consistently outperforms the present method using data from five rounds. The recommended approach always outperforms SEPE, LPMS, CRP, MTAT, CERS, and BPAS. A comprehensive HRM strategy with automatic procedures, decentralized validation, and greater data security tackles today's HR issues honestly and effectively. This study expands blockchain research in human resource management. It may also aid HR departments seeking secure, open blockchain use. More studies might examine how effectively the strategy works in real life, how it can be scaled up, and how consumers feel about it.
