For security experts, navigating identity management in the vast digital world of today is a major task. To meet the growing demand for identity management, a variety of Identity Management (IDM) systems have been created and adopted over time. Amongst these systems, Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) has developed as a remarkable new arrival. SSI distinguishes itself by giving consumers more accessibility and control over their identities. This exceptional aspect of SSI shows and present a significant approach and step towards facilitating individual authenticated users to have sovereign control on their identity-based information. This kind of implementation of this new dogma has been covered in this research work which is based on decentralized identity management system which also verifies the user and information named as "TrustNet". TrustNet also provides sovereign identity to its users. However, by imposing and implementing a time-based access limit on user’s activities and actions. This system also offers a very secure method for user authentication for giving permission to users for sharing and accessing one other's data. In Addition, this system offers a feature that allows the owner to pick data from specific fields, check the availability and will be made available to a requester once access to one of those requests is granted. This paper tries to make a significant contribution to fulfilling these primary goals. Firstly, it outlines the architecture and functionality of the "TrustNet" identity verification and management system. Secondly, it discusses construction of a Decentralized Application (DApp) to showcase and assess its operational effectiveness. Lastly, drawing from the DApp and experimental findings, it discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the "TrustNet" IVM system.
