Digital transactions have improved the financial institution but at the same time enhanced fraud. Since this paper makes use of state-of-the-art techniques that should enhance accuracy and efficiency in fraud detection and prevention by applying such sophisticated techniques, on deep learning for identification of fraudulent UPI transactions. The techniques handle class imbalance with preprocessing and data balancing relevant algorithms. The techniques emphasize feature engineering, model evaluation, and cross-validation. Results are illustrated to highlight the significance of deep learning models in fraud prevention and the safeguarding of secure financial transactions. The proposed neural network model supports reliable digital payment systems through increasing the accuracy level of fraud detection when the transaction data is fed into the network Indexed Terms: Deep Learning, Online Transaction Security, Financial Data Analysis, and UPI Fraud Detection.
