This paper presents Meerut Mart, an ecommerce platform designed to support small businesses in the city of Meerut by offering a digital marketplace tailored to local vendors. Leveraging technologies such as React.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, Meerut Mart provides an accessible and efficient solution for small-scale sellers to showcase and sell their products online. Key features include user-friendly navigation, secure payment processing, and a unique “Become a Seller” option that enables local entrepreneurs to easily create and manage digital stores. By focusing on local products and minimizing competitive challenges faced on large marketplaces, Meerut Mart not only simplifies the entry to ecommerce but also strengthens the local economy by promoting region-specific goods.
