With the rapid development of information technology, the pace of railway informatization construction is accelerating. In order to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and intelligence of National Railway document management, this article designs and implements a National Railway document intelligent analysis and processing system. The system uses artificial intelligence technology to achieve functions such as character recognition, layout analysis, intelligent comparison, and intelligent retrieval of documents, effectively solving the problems of weak query function and low processing efficiency in traditional document management systems. This article will elaborate on the system design concept, core technology, system architecture, function implementation, and future development trends.
