In the earlier chapter, we discussed the integration of Microsoft Project with the Microsoft 365 suite, including MS Teams and SharePoint Online. We also covered best practices for using Microsoft Project and provided keyboard shortcuts for efficiency. In this chapter, we will be learning Agile project management using Microsoft Project features. We will provide an introduction to Agile in Microsoft Project and set up an Agile project. In the set up an Agile project we have covered, turn on Agile feature for a project, add features to the agile backlog, and create sprints.
