A block chain has grabbed enough of the spotlight as it assures a secure decentralized data-sharing platform. Healthcare is very familiar with this problem: there needs to be a safe way to record, store, and share sensitive health data while safeguarding patient privacy. This paper presents the design and construction of an encrypted preprocessed health information system, which uses symmetric encryption applied to a blockchain layer that manages asymmetric cryptography keys. It will be implemented on a blockchain network with an immutable and distributed ledger for recording the flow of health information. The symmetric key will encrypt all payments, and the encrypted pay key will be used with asymmetric encryption. This way, even if the data is lost, it could be recovered because authorized users possess their private key. A consensus algorithm will approve every transaction before it can be included in the blockchain. It will also have role-based access controls to grant certain access levels to the users based on their roles in the health system. The upcoming mechanism will ensure health info is stored in a secure & completely safe manner, and patients shall have more control over the data, thereby confidential too. Such a system, which is safe and decentralized, can change the face of how healthcare operates by solving the problems related to data security and privacy.
