This article is dedicated to the study of the capabilities and features of the operation of the large language model Doubao, developed by the Chinese company ByteDance. The work examines the multimodal characteristics of the model, its tools and services, and also conducts a comparison with a similar Chinese model, ERNIE Bot. The main focus is on the application of Doubao in various fields, such as translation, text writing, information summarization, and image generation. The advantages of the model are also discussed, including its accessibility for users from different countries and support for multiple languages, including Russian. The integration of Doubao into various sectors of the economy, including the automotive industry, finance, education, and healthcare, plays an important role. In conclusion, the significance of Doubao in the global market of large language models is emphasized, as well as the need for further research in this field.
