This research explores the integration of a Mobile Application for Self-Service Launderette, aptly named as EasyDobi, aimed at revolutionizing and streamlining the traditional laundry experience.The study investigates the impact of this innovative technology on user efficiency, satisfaction, and overall convenience.Through a user-centric lens, we analyze the user interface design, software requirements, and functionalities of the application.The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining user surveys and in-depth interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data.Initial findings reveal a positive correlation between the mobile application usage and enhanced user experience, as users appreciate the intuitive interface, real-time updates, and the ability to remotely manage their laundry processes.The study contributes valuable insights to the evolving landscape of self-service launderettes and emphasizes the potential of mobile applications in transforming mundane tasks into efficient and userfriendly experiences.The results offer practical implications for the industry, shedding light on the significance of embracing technology to meet the evolving needs of contemporary users in the context of self-service launderette facilities.
