Since the internet has become the medium of transmitting all types of information, including sensitive and secure information, the security of the transferred information has become a priority. Steganography techniques and algorithms have been used to guarantee the security of the information transmitted. Some important data need to be protected during transmission. Therefore, protecting secret messages during transmission becomes an important research issue. A new approach for achieving this has been proposed in this research to increase the reliability of the information-hiding process. It focuses on prioritizing the security of the transmitted information. The suggested approach includes two steps; the first fuzz the text before hiding it in the image, while the second hides the fuzzy text within an image using two methods. The first is only in LSB (Least Significant Bit) 0, while the second method is hidden in LSB 0 and 1. The best results appeared in the Baboon image in MSE using LSB in bit 0 and LSB in bit 0 and bit 1, equal to 0.0018 and 0.0056, respectively. On the other hand, the PSNR used in the Baboon image has given the best results using LSB in bit 0, equal to 75.4767, and LSB in both bits 0 and 1, equal to 70.6342.
