A Blockchain-Enabled Framework for Privacy-Preserving Deep Learning Collaboration in Healthcare

Soya Chandra C.S, R. Raja Subramanian · 2025

This paper suggests bringing together decentralized technology and artificial intelligence to secure and enable collaboration. Hospitals can exchange data about AI models in a confidential manner with help from the proposed framework, mixing blockchain and deep learning. Since the data is stored with Hyperledger Fabric and an accurate record using hashes, the system ensures there is no central control. Since the training is conducted within hospital organizations, the associated data is considered private and is subject to regulatory compliance. Before anything happens, the blockchain checks the model’s data and ensures it is not fraudulent. It is found that three organizations working on a Fabric network prototype can communicate and work safely and effectively. Using this system confirms that AI developed in healthcare is easy to scale, secure and comes together with different sources of information.
