Proactive control and protection strategies for individual information security in the digital age

This article analyzes the attitudes of person towards privacy issues and explores the challenges and coping strategies for Individual Information security in the era of big data. The article first explains the logic behind the view of "privacy in exchange for efficiency," pointing out the false premise of this statement and revealing the widespread transfer of information when users are forced to agree to privacy policies. It then analyzes in detail the implementation background of China's "Individual Information Protection Law" and other related laws, as well as their restrictions on the excessive collection of Individual Information by enterprises. This issue not only exposes the moral and legal loopholes of Internet platforms in information collection and use but also raises widespread social concern about the protection of Individual Information security, thereby promoting the innovation and development of relevant legal and technical measures. Finally, the article discusses the information security situation under the combined efforts of corporate self-discipline, legal supervision, and user awareness, emphasizing the importance of building a security system based on code and protocol. It recommends that users enhance their awareness of information security, strengthen the daily protection of Individual Information, and contribute to the formation of a safer digital civilization. The research focuses on behavioral patterns and factors influencing user privacy decision-making, shaped by technological literacy, legal awareness, and personalization needs. "Forced consent" to privacy policies may impact trust and usage behavior. Understanding these patterns aids in optimizing legal supervision and data governance.
