As the capacity and scale of aerospace resources continue to be built and improved, the demand for aerospace resources in various industries is increasing. Against this background, the observation requirements received by airborne and spaceborne operators gradually show a series of characteristics such as multi-source, cross-modal, large-scale, and complex content. The traditional manual processing method, however, has made it challenging to satisfy the high requirements for service efficiency and quality. To address this challenge, this paper proposes an autonomous service technology for aerospace resources based on demand understanding. More specifically, it can realize automatic interpretation and standardized description of multi-modal requirement content through requirement intelligent generation technology. Secondly, through demand standardization decision-making, it can complete the supplement and perfection of demand content, thus generating complete observation demands. Lastly, based on rapid demand planning, a practical and executable plan for aerospace resources measurement and control, as well as data transmission, is developed. Briefly, the proposed technology effectively opens up the service chain from demand to resources, finally realizing the autonomous service capability of aerospace resources.
