Wearable technology and the increasing use of Bluetooth have changed digital connectivity by giving easy permission Interactions in areas of medicine, fitness, and daily use. But also came important with such increased integration Security weaknesses. As a highly used wireless communication protocol, Bluetooth is still very weak for cyber Attacks such as data interception, spoofing, and advanced man-in-middle attacks, which can be unauthorized Access, data leak, and system intervention. Safety threats are particularly relevant to wearable equipment It maintains track and sensitive health information, requiring a strong encryption mechanism. The research suggests a sophisticated hybrid encryption scheme that integrates the AES -192 and the elliptical curve Cryptography (ECC) to provide strong data protection maximizing computational efficiency. By Simplifying the decryption process, this method not only reduces security hazards but also provides better Resource-limit performance. In addition, the suggested model provides better security Against the vector and strong privacy measures of the new attack, thus Nextgenation Bluetooth formed a viable safety solution for wearable equipment. Research results emphasize the need to include effective Cryptographic methods to realize a safe and strong interconnected digital environment.
