In response to the demand of engaging preschoolers in an English learning environment, the creation of the Enspire Online mobile application arises as a cutting-edge solution. This app is specifically designed for Vietnamese preschoolers and provides a complete and interesting platform using generative AI for learning the English language. Enspire Online uses a variety of interactive games, activities, and multimedia content to establish an engaging learning environment that captures the interest of young learners and encourages their inquisitiveness. This book chapter examines the design concepts and language acquisition methodologies used in the creation of the Enpsire Online app. It aims to enhance the comprehension of early childhood language education and provides insights for future design strategies in educational technology by examining and analyzing the app's developmental stages through discussion and reflection.
