This study investigates the transformative integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with 5G mobile networks and its impact on telecommunications infrastructure. This study explains how AI technologies strengthen 5G in the aspects of real-time network adaptation, traffic management, and self-diagnostic and self-repair systems. Smart technologies in the business Environment have new application areas in smart cities, industrial automation, and the healthcare sector, coupled with key issues in data security, the standard network, and ethical issues on AI. Based on the case studies and the trends highlighted in this paper, the following recommendations can be made to the telecom operators, technology developers and the policymakers: These findings are useful in the current debates on how to enhance the next generation of wireless systems, the security challenges, and the issues of the implementation of such systems in this dynamic field of technology.
