For a number of reasons, yoga is advised during pregnancy. By lowering stress, encouraging better sleep, and strengthening the immune system, it has been demonstrated to aid improve defenses, strength, and mental health. Additionally, exercising during pregnancy, like yoga, can boost immunity and lower the risk of third-trimester health issues like preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, leaky membranes, abrupt weight gain, sleep disturbances, bleeding, fever, and leg cramps Additionally, yoga can assist pregnant women maintain their muscle tone and flexibility, ease typical pregnancy discomforts, and get their bodies ready for childbirth. Pregnant women are unable to commit to set hours for regular yoga classes due to the local restrictions and work obligations. Online yoga advice is the most effective way for working or city women who are unable to travel long distances in traffic to overcome the drawbacks of typical offline prenatal yoga programs. The goal of this project is to develop a machine learning (ML) algorithm that considers a woman's medical history, illness, fatigue, mood swings, and food cravings in order to forecast the likely methods she may use to treat her condition. Women are requested to provide information on any potential risks may be experiencing, such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, leaky membranes, and sudden weight gain, sleep difficulties, bleeding, fever, and leg cramps, as part of this algorithm. Afterwards, based on the input it will suggest asanas and any other care requirements. The proposed K- means via Lloyd’s method algorithm model has achieved an accuracy of 86.14% in the yoga pose recommendation ML system.
