With the increasing reliance on dynamic images for communication, ensuring their security during transmission is a paramount concern. Dynamic images, such as real-time video streams or surveillance feeds, are vulnerable to various cyber threats, necessitating robust encryption techniques. This paper proposes a novel approach combining the efficiency of symmetric encryption (AES) with the security of asymmetric encryption (RSA) to safeguard dynamic image transmission. The hybrid method utilizes RSA for secure key exchange and AES for highspeed encryption of image data blocks. This dual- layer approach ensures both confidentiality and integrity while maintaining transmission speed. By dividing the image into smaller blocks, we can efficiently encrypt each block using AES, reducing computational overhead and enhancing encryption speed. The RSA algorithm is then employed to encrypt the AES key, ensuring secure transmission without compromising performance. The proposed technique is analysed in terms of encryption time, resistance to cryptographic attacks, and overall security effectiveness. Experimental results indicate that the hybrid method outperforms conventional single-encryption techniques, such as standalone AES and RSA, in terms of both security and computational efficiency. Additionally, the method exhibits minimal impact on transmission efficiency, making it suitable for real-time applications. The results demonstrate the potential of this hybrid approach in securing dynamic images without significant computational penalties, making it a practical solution for modern communication systems.
