Drawing together a case study of this type requires incredible levels of support, from the school principal, ICT coordinator and staff, who have been willing to devote their time and energy to provide crucial background detail that enables a lead researcher and editor to draw this together into a 'story' that might make sense to others.The lead researcher and editor, the Chair of the IFIP Task Force, would like to thank most sincerely all those who have been willing to share and contribute to this 'story' -whether listed as named contributors or not.Without their dedication, generosity, support and honesty, this case study would not have been possible.
