Planning a study on the co-creation and personalisation of Immersive Web Environments by teachers and students

The research project being carried out in the context of the Doctoral Programme in Multimedia in Education is presented. The main aim of the research is to study the impact of the co-creation and personalisation of immersive web environments (IWE) on students' metacognition. To this end, an educational experience was designed and developed that allowed students and teachers to co-create IWE. Data was collected through logbooks of the teacher and the students, as well as metacognition scales applied to the students. With the results obtained, it is hoped to propose a workflow and develop a co-creation and personalisation framework based on metacognitive principles to support teachers and students in developing this type of environment.
