The Past Decade and Future of the Cross Application of Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support System

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and future directions of the cross-application of artificial intelligence (AI) and decision support systems (DSS). With the rapid development of AI technology, AI has been widely used in decision support systems in medical, logistics, business and other fields, which greatly enhances the intelligence and adaptive ability of decision support systems. Although existing research shows the potential of AI-driven DSS in multiple domains, there are still some challenges, such as the transparency and interpretability issues of AI models, as well as data bias and big data scarcity. By analyzing the application cases of AI in medical care, logistics and other industries, this paper puts forward possible solutions to solve these challenges, and looks forward to the development of AI in decision support system in the future.
