This paper deal with problem of uncertainty in the distribution networks, where actors face a random demand during a defined horizon. In order to solve problems related to transportation, storage and availability of product, while reduced charge related to overstock and shortage. A cooperative approach is proposed based on product exchange between the members of distribution network that belong to the same level, which allow them to use the excess inventory to respond to the unmet demand. A linear mathematical model is proposed and solved using CPLEX solver.
