"Higher education" (HE) encompasses all postsecondary programs that result in degrees, certificates, or certifications, including master's, doctoral, and bachelor's degrees. "Higher education" encompasses not only teacher preparation programs but also those at colleges, universities, and vocational schools. Despite its many advantages, higher education is currently facing unprecedented pressure and examination. Declining standards in higher education are a big part of the problem of youth unemployment. The education industry is being hit hard by the rising tide of unionization and stagnant wages. By utilizing cloud computing management (CCM), educational institutions are better equipped to collaborate on solving problems that impact all levels of education at the same time. Data stored in the cloud can be accessed by users from any location with an internet connection. Teachers, students, and administrators may all work together and exchange resources in this way, which reduces the need for expensive storage. In order to improve students' learning outcomes, the proposed system, HE-CCM, is utilized for analysis. Students virtually collaborate on a single desktop when they use cloud computing. Students really get more done in less time when they do the activity. The widespread usage of cloud computing has been beneficial to educational institutions across all levels. Thanks to the rise of cloud-based technology, schools can now give their pupils access to online learning platforms. Teachers can reach students all around the globe through online course creation and delivery. Students might potentially save time and money by taking tests online. School staff and children are even better protected by applications hosted in the cloud. Now that the cloud is here, schools and students may finally put data corruption in the past. The influence of cloud computing on the education sector is directly responsible for the broad availability of digital instructional materials. The underlying systems, applications, and platforms are accessible at all times via an Internet connection. The testing results show that the proposed HE-CCM beats the alternatives with a 92.3% learning rate, 96.7% student accomplishment ratio, 94.5% student performance ratio, 99.3% quality ratio, and 99.2% data management ratio.
