In today's world, when everything is connected to the web, IoT is becoming more crucial. It is often regarded as a crucial component of modern living. In addition, the number of devices connected to IoT systems is constantly increasing. New security considerations arise in IoT with cloud computing, including the safe management and monitoring of services, privacy protection, data integrity in remote databases, and backup and synchronization management. To overcome these difficulties, blockchain may be deployed, in part because of its core qualities, including openness, traceability, decentralization, security, immutability, and automation. This study explores current developments in blockchain-based cloud computing, with a particular emphasis on the technological integration of blockchain and cloud computing. Also, in recent years, machine learning has seen tremendous growth in popularity due to its ability to provide sound judgments. Most deep learning systems in use today are hosted on centralized servers, which presents challenges when it comes to ensuring operational transparency, traceability, dependability, security, and the provenance of reliable data. Also, in this work, we investigate why it is crucial to combine integrating cloud with blockchain, ML with blockchain, and IoT with BC technologies. Finally, a summary of the IoT with blockchain and its field of application is provided.
