Melanoma is a life-threatening form of skin cancer that develops from melanocytes, the cells responsible for producing skin pigment. Since melanoma can spread quickly if it is not identified in its early phases, early detection is needed. This study introduces a robust system for melanoma detection, leveraging advanced deep learning algorithms and image processing methods to enhance diagnostic precision. The technique is intended to examine skin lesions that exhibit variations in size and shape, uneven borders, and varying coloration-all of which are important markers of melanoma. The system's capacity to identify subtle patterns in skin lesions is improved by adding deep learning models, which leads to a considerable improvement in detection reliability. It is also designed to be interoperable, enabling smooth connection with telemedicine platforms and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. This facilitates data-driven clinical decision-making and collaborative patient care, which can help with early and accurate melanoma identification and better patient outcomes.
