In the digital age,the safe sharing of information is paramount, especially when dealing with critical data such as judicial evidence. While blockchain technology has been widely researched for securing shared evidence, existing solutions still exhibit vulnerabilities. Our theoretical research addresses these weaknesses by introducing a consortium-based blockchain network, coupled with user-friendly and secure API frontends.Utilizing the RAFT consensus algorithm of Hyperledger Fabric 2.2, we propose an enhanced framework for both security and usability. The consortium-based approach is hypothesized to provide increased network robustness and security, while the API frontend is designed to significantly improve usability. Our findings suggest that integrating a robust consensus mechanism with improved user interfaces can theoretically enhance the security and practicality of blockchain applications.Future work will focus on validating these theoretical advancements through empirical testing and exploring further enhancements in scalability and interoperability.
